RATE SHEET
MAIN LODGE:
Rates are quoted in South African Rands and per person sharing per night.
Rate Includes:
Half Board: R2999,00 per person per night sharing. R3499,00 for Single Supplement.
Rate Excludes:
All drinks, Spa treatments, target shooting.
RHINO BUSH CAMP:
FULLY SELF CATERING
R 850 per person per night
A minimum of 8 adults and a maximum of 14 adults and 6 children with a minimum stay of 2 nights per booking.
Children older than 8 years are charged adult rates.
Rate Includes:
Accommodation on a self-catering basis, 1 game drive per day, daily cleaning services, linen and towels, firewood, and ice. *Quota per day.
Rate Excludes:
All Foods and Drinks (FULLY SELF CATERING).
The following can be requested at an additional cost by prior arrangement:
– Chef to prepare your self-catered food at your request.
– Lamb Barbeque ( “Spitbraai ” ) catered by an expert from Vaalwater.
- We reserve the right to review the rates every 6 months.
- Rates are quoted in South African Rands.
- Rates are per person sharing per night.
- Rates include Government Taxes.
CHILD POLICY:
-We regret no children under the age of 10 years at the Main Lodge.
-However – children of all ages are welcome at the Rhino Bush Camp.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please inform Bushwa Private Game Lodge of any changes in your booking or cancellations in writing by email (bushwaprivategamelodge@gmail.com).
Provisional Bookings will be held as follows:
Number of Days before Arrival: Number of days held:
60 Days – 7 Days.
30 Days and Less – 3 Days.
When these periods expire, reservations will be released.
Refunds:
*If a Cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to arrival, 75% of your payment will be refunded.
* If Cancellation is received between 8 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of your payment will be refunded.
* If Cancellation is received 7 days or less prior to arrival, 0% of your payment will be refunded.
